Plan Description

Plan para desarrollar la base aerobica del deportista en un periodo de 8 semanas.
Incrementando la intensidad y el volumen a medida que avanzan las semanas y buscando una mejora también de la fuerza del corredor/a.

Se recomiendo empezar con una prueba de esfuerzo para tener claras las zonas de intensidad así como durante el plan hay dos valoraciones de campo.

Trabajo por F. Cardíaca no por potencia.
