Overview This training plan is designed to prepare you for an endurance mountain bike event on a course with varied terrain, including singletrack, gravel roads, forest sections, and obstacles. The plan emphasizes endurance, technical skills, strength, and recovery. Given the winter season in Canada, it incorporates indoor training options and strategies to manage colder weather conditions. Training assumes you are currently riding at least 3-4 times per week.

• Technical Skills: Improve handling on singletrack, obstacles, and varied terrain.
