This 12-week cycling boost plan gives you all the structure you need to make the most of your indoor riding season. Get your motivation and fitness back with this full on cycling training plan. Each week you'll complete 3 key rides: 1 tempo, 1 threshold or VO2 max, and 1 endurance. Structured with 3:1 build/recovery week ratio. Finishing strong with a FTP test on week 12. This plan has it all and is guaranteed to build your cycling fitness!
