Plan Description
Plan de 6 semanas para el trabajo de FTP y FRC.
La capacidad del ciclista para responder a un número de estímulos de diferente duración y repetitivos puede marcar la diferencia en la carretera. Con estas 6 semanas puedes seguir trabajando esta capacidad INDOOR.
El plan de entrenamiento incluye sesiones de Rodillo, Core y Preparación Física.
Dirigido a ciclistas/triatletas con nivel Avanzado o Alto que hayan completado una fase de trabajo de base anterior.
Tener especial cuidado en la ventilación de la sala donde entrenarás y hidratarte más a menudo que en tus entrenamientos en carretera.
Este plan de entrenamiento es compatible con la mayoría de plataformas interactivas/ gps del mercado(Rouvy, Zwift, Bkool, Wahoo, Garmin).
