Plan Description

This program is for advanced Triathletes to train the stamina and agility they need when climbing on roads.
In addition you will also work on your functional threshold power and lactate tolerance.The program consists of 3 indoor bike workouts from 45 - 60 min + 2 run sessions and 1x strength.
