Completar una carrera de Gran Fondo como es la Mallorca 312, en sus 3 diferentes distancias es algo especial.
Tercera parte de cinco de la preparación específica de Mallorca 312-225-167
El plan esta preparado para entrenamiento por POTENCIA. Si no ha realizado la 1ª parte, en que se incluye el test FTP, le sugerimos que realice un test o se ponga en contacto con nosotros.
4 días de ciclismo + 3 días de preparación física específica en gimnasio de fuerza máxima.
El objetivo principal es la mejora de la fuerza-resistencia específica del ciclismo así como seguir con la mejora de FTP y la resistencia de larga duración.
Este plan esta pensado para ciclistas de todos los niveles que quieren una guía para poder alcanzar el objetivo con seguridad. Con el plan se incluye comunicación con Martí Cerdà vía email para resolver dudas y comentar aspectos de la preparación.
