Completar una carrera de Gran Fondo como es la Mallorca 312, en sus 3 diferentes distancias es algo especial.

Primera parte de cinco de la preparación específica de Mallorca 312-225-167
El plan esta preparado para entrenamiento por POTENCIA con test de FTP para personalizar las zonas de entrenamiento
3 días de ciclismo + 3 días de preparación física específica en gimnasio.
El objetivo es realizar el entrenamiento de base y el inicio del trabajo de mejora de FTP y % de uso del VO2max

Este plan esta pensado para ciclistas de todos los niveles que quieren una guía para poder alcanzar el objetivo con seguridad. Con el plan se incluye comunicación con Martí Cerdà vía email para resolver dudas y comentar aspectos de la preparación.
