My experience includes coaching first timers all the way through state, national and world champions. I raced multiple distances and disciplines prior to becoming a coach that included triathlon, 20+ Ironman races, running, road cycling, gravel cycling as well as mountain biking.

In addition to being a Training Peaks Certified Coach, I hold certifications from USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, Ironman, Precision Nutrition and am a licensed USA Cycling Mechanic.
