Sync Your Oura and TrainingPeaks Accounts

Connect your Oura account to TrainingPeaks in order to:

• Sync Heart Rate Metrics
• Sync Sleep Metrics
• Sync Spo2 Metrics
• Sync Steps Metrics

After you click Connect, you will be able to choose which of those metrics you would like to sync.
