Plan Description
In partnership with Mammoth Endurance/Anvil Ultra Triathlons, we are excited to offer this race specific BIKE training plan for the SOLO 💪 1.5X ANVIL TRIATHLON BIKE portion of your race. Separate downloadable swimming and running plans for the solo triathlon are also available. This 16-week training plan is for the 186 mile run portion of the solo race. This plan has 4 days per week cycling. There is a bike-run brick in Fridays specified in the 1.5X Anvil downloadable running plan. A baseline cycling fitness of 2 hour rides is recommended prior to starting this program. The taper phase is 2 weeks leaving you physically recovered and mentally inspired to CRUSH THE DISTANCE!
