- To fit 3 sports + Strength into a busy week, we use strategic "Double Days" (Wednesday & Friday). This allows you to spike your metabolism twice in one day while keeping your Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Weekends focused.
- Triathlon training is the gold standard for weight loss. Why? Because you never stop moving. By combining Swimming, Cycling, and Running with Home Strength, you create a calorie deficit that is impossible to replicate with just one sport.

🎒 EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Swim: Pool access + Goggles.
Cycling: Indoor Trainer (Training Peaks virtual / Zwift / Rouvy) OR Outdoor Bike.
Running: Outdoor route or Treadmill.
Home strength: A clear floor space
