Die Offseason ist keine Pause – sie ist dein Sprungbrett für die nächste Saison. Mit diesem 12-Wochen-Plan für z.B. Oktober bis Dezember baust du eine stabile Grundlage, hältst dich fit und arbeitest gleichzeitig an den entscheidenden Stellschrauben, die dich in deiner nächsten Saison schneller machen.

Der Plan kombiniert effiziente Einheiten nach dem norwegischen Trainingsansatz mit smarter Regeneration. Jede Woche ist klar strukturiert, sodass du auch mit wenig Zeit maximale Fortschritte erzielst.

Was dich erwartet:

Struktur & Effizienz: Smarte Verteilung von Grundlagen-, Tempo- und Technikeinheiten.

Norwegian Inspired: Double-Threshold-Samstage und gezielte X-Einheiten, um deine Leistungsfähigkeit zu pushen.

Ganzheitlich: Schwimmen, Radfahren, Laufen und Stabi – funktional aufeinander abgestimmt.

Fit durch Herbst & Winter: Von Oktober bis Dezember bleibst du fokussiert, ohne dich zu überlasten.

Wochenstruktur im Überblick:

Montag: Schwimmen – harte Einheit mit Technikfokus
Dienstag: Morgens leichter Lauf, abends harte Radeinheit (X-Einheit)
Mittwoch: Laufen – intensive Schlüsseleinheit
Donnerstag: Morgens optional Rolle Rad, abends Schwimmen
Freitag: Leichtes Stabi-Workout + regenerative Einheit
Samstag: Double Threshold Day – zwei norwegische Schlüsseleinheiten (z. B. Schwelle Laufen + Schwelle Rad)
Sonntag: Foundation Day – lange Ausdauereinheit im Grundlagenbereich
