Plan Description

In partnership with Mammoth Endurance, we are excited to offer this race specific SWIM training plan for the FLORIDA DOUBLE ANVIL TRIATHLON RELAY. This 10-week training plan is for the 4.8 mile swim relay portion of the team race. It starts at 4 days per week swimming, 3 days in the pool and 1 day of open water swimming. The program increases to 5 days per week swimming with back-to-back open water swims on the weekend. This plan will train you for a SWIM race of 4.8 miles. A baseline swimming fitness of 2000 yards 3 days/ week is recommended prior to starting this program. The taper phase is 2 weeks leaving you physically recovered and mentally inspired to CRUSH THE DISTANCE!
