14 semanas de treinamento de academia para Triatlo, Corrida, Ciclismo. Período Específico.
Periodização: Período específico da sua prova alvo.
Tempo: 14 semanas.
Horas: Em média 2:30 a 3:00 horas por semana no total, sendo 2 dias de musculação, 1 dia de mobilidade e 1 dia de liberação mio-facial (auto-massagem).

Esse plano de treinamento pode ser realizado independente do seu esporte de endurance (Triatlo, Corrida, Ciclismo, etc.)
Ele não é um programa complexo ou que consome muito tempo da sua semana, e foi criado para atender a qualquer nível de experiência no esporte, não importa se você é um atleta iniciante ou avançado.
Todos os treinos são programados por séries de quantidade de repetição ou tempo, e com um intervalo de descanso. Use seu celular ou relógio para fazer o acompanhamento do descanso.
