Plan Description

Hard and very demanding base plan. Easy and well known workouts to create a high aerobic capacity. On that you can build up with race specific training plans for OD, MD or LD. No extraordinary sessions here, only business as usual and simple base work. Nevertheless, be very carefully with yourself, listen to your body and mind;
Take recovery serious and reduce external stress as much as possible.
If you need more weeks of training, you can repeat block 1 more often
