16 semanas de treinamento de academia para esporte de Endurance/Triatlo
Período anterior ao específico da prova.
Atualizado em : Novembro/2024
Periodização : 16 semanas para iniciar o período específico da sua prova alvo
Horas: 4 a 5 horas por semana no total, sendo 2 dias de musculação, 1 dia de mobilidade e 1 dia de liberação mio-facial (auto-massagem).
Os treinos aqui propostos podem ser realizados independente do seu esporte de endurance (Triatlo, Corrida, Ciclismo, etc.)
Todos os treinos programados por repetição ou tempo e possuem vídeos explicativos bastando apenas seguir a programação.
