The ideal fit for beginner triathletes: Perfect for those just starting in triathlon or those with limited experience in endurance training. No prior race experience is required.

Goals: This plan is ideal for athletes aiming to complete their first triathlon or improve foundational fitness during the off-season.

Abilities: Athletes should be comfortable with basic swim, bike, and run skills and look to develop endurance, technique, and consistency in each sport. Expect a focus on form, aerobic capacity, and strength training with some high-intensity demands.

While this plan can be completed with basic swim, bike, and run equipment, we recommend the following to enhance your training experience:

Heart Rate Monitor: Useful for tracking effort during workouts to ensure you’re training in the right intensities.

Power Meter: Beneficial for bike workouts, allowing for more precise effort tracking on hills, flats, and intervals.

Note: Both tools are recommended but not mandatory; this plan is effective and achievable even without advanced metrics.

Communication and support: This is a self-guided training plan designed for you to complete independently with clear instructions for each workout. If additional support is needed, one-time check-in consultations or guidance may be available at an additional fee.
