Plan Description

This is an 8 week plan to get you Swim, Bike, Run Ready !
The plan can be adapted for your specific needs with both key and optional sessions

*Tuesdays and Thursdays are the most obvious switch in addition to the long run or bike sessions at the weekend with the optional brick to allow a rest day.

Plan overview
The plan will give you the tools to focus and succeed. The concept of periodisation doesn’t necessarily mean only focus on periods of endurance or speed work. We want to balance the skills, technique and physical demands for all disciplines throughout the program to ensure you achieve your optimal preparation, performance and recovery

This training plan combines the key elements of triathlon aswell as gym based sessions to focus on mobility, stability, strength, power and coordination

The well structured and progressive nature of the plan will get you triathlon ready and give you renewed confidence in your ability and help you realise your true potential
