Plan Description


In this 4-week plan, I will accompany you through a basic triathlon program for beginners with a focus on cycling, which is adapted to the female menstrual cycle.

The plan starts with the follicular phase and ends with the luteal phase.
This means that we focus on shorter but high-intensity sessions for about 14-17 days before we put less high-pulse load on your body and instead more in the basic endurance area for about 12-16 days after the ovulation phase.

Content: -varied swimming, cycling and running sessions
-Stabilisation sessions
-Yoga sessions
-Fascia-roller sessions

No swimming sessions during menstruation.

Please provide all units over 30 minutes with at least 60g of carbohydrates per hour and avoid fasting training.

The bike sessions take place either based on heart rate or power, the choice is yours.
