Plan Description

My name is Rick Van Riemsdijk, former Head of Strength&Conditioning at the German Triathlon Federation and D-Squad. Over the years we have learned that regular and consistent S&C forms the basis for world class performance, but more importantly for injury free training. These sessions are a culmination of years of field-research in the sport of triathlon.

This program requires very little equipment and targets the predominant muscle groups in Triathlon. It is great as a starting platform before getting more specific in terms of loading parameters. For more individual solutions please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
