Plan Description

This is designed for athletes with some strength training background. It is based on the same principles I have used to help my athletes win on the biggest stages. I have found 2 strength workouts per week that are 30-40 min. will allow you to be consistent and not create fatigue that will carry over to your endurance training.

This plan will progress your strength in a sensible fashion and build strength resilience and muscled balance. All are critical to staying healthy and training at a high level.

I am excited to be able to share my 35+ years of coaching with this plan.
