Plan Description

This is an intro to sprint distance triathlon training plan for athletes who may be getting into triathlon for the first time, or those who are looking to find a more structured training plan for the upcoming season. There are structured workouts for run and bike workouts, and detailed swim workouts. This plan can be utilized at the back end of a foundation building off-season, or it can be used to prepare for a first race.
