Plan Description
Dieser Plan umfasst die Planung eine zweiwöchigen Trainingslager mit einer anschließenden Ruhewoche.
Voraussetzung für den Plan ist ein regelmäßiges wöchentliches Trainingspensum von ca. 12-15 Stunden/Woche.
Die erste Woche umfasst 25 Wochenstunden, die Zweite 32 Wochenstunden. Die Ruhewoche ist mit 8:20 Stunden /Woche angesetzt, von denen ein Großteil im Regenerativen und lockeren Bereich trainiert wird und erst gegen Ende der Woche die Intensität langsam wieder gesteigert wird.
