Plan Description
Learn how to maximise your training AND optimize your fuelling and power strategies for race day with INSCYD Metabolic Profiling Testing.
If you're looking to test yourself and gain a real insight in to your current performance, then you've come to the right place. INSCYD PPD testing will provide you with;
- VlaMax
- VO2Max
- FatMax
- CarbMax
- Anaerobic Threshold
- Understand the rate your body burns carbs at a given power
- Understand your maximum power limits for racing and the impact of going over them
This information will be delivered in an easy to read, friendly SIXTEEN PAGE report, guiding you through what each metric means and how to apply this to your training.
The data is relevant to both long and short distance athletes, please state in your email which distance you are training for and we will tailor the report to suit that goal.
It is important to complete the test on Zwift, and follow the on-screen instructions carefully. You will be guided step-by-step through the test.
You will need to manually import the Test file in to Zwift, full instructions on how to do this is included - it's very easy!

- Goal distance to be raced (Sprint/Olympic/Middle Distance/Full Distance)
