Dann bist du hier genau richtig!

In den nächsten Wochen erwarten dich einige HIT-Einheiten, einige auch 2 Wochen mit je 5 geballten HIT-Einheiten, die deine VO2max nnur so nach oben schießen lassen!

Wenn du beispielsweise noch ein paar Wochen Zeit hast, bevor es in die spezifische Wettkampfvorbereitung geht oder dich in einer Übergangsperiode befindest, ist jetzt genau der richtige Zeitpunkt dafür.
