Plan Description
Welcome to the Winter WonderPlan! This plan is designed to help you get through the transition season. It will provide you a variety of workouts for swim, bike and run. It includes group workouts, fitness tests for the run and swim and a few holiday sessions. It features a New Years Triathlon and a Superbowl LVII session!
This plan is designed for all levels of athletes. Most weekday workouts are 30-60 minutes and the weekend sessions build to 90 minutes.
This program is designed to cover three of my top tips for the transition season:
1: Do What You're Not Doing. This program includes Functional Strength Five for Fridays -- designed to help you start a functional strength habit.
2: Do Something Brand New: There are suggestions on how to incorporate Pilates or yoga and days designed to get you out of your comfort zone and trying something new: skating, golf, skiing, rock climbing and more.
3: Refine Your Superpowers: You'll find sessions on how to test your swim CSS and an endurance tracker for your run.
