Plan Description

Dette program er et triatlon program med fokus på base eller grundtræning.
Programmets mængde henvender sig til de kortere distancer som OL og sprint distancer, men kan også sagtens danne grundlag for ½ IM distancer.

Programmet strækker sig over 12 uger med ugentlige træningstimer på 4-8 timer eksklusiv styrketræning.
Styrketræningen i programmet er valgfrit, men det anbefales at lave øvelserne for at fremme skadesforebyggelse.
