Plan Description

Strength training for endurance is a fundamental aspect for any training plan or person wanting to increase performance with weight training.

This plan is designed for all abilities and follows on from the bodyweight strength training plan which should be used as a base before turning to weights.

The plan offers alternative exercises for different levels and provides demonstration videos and pictures along the way. The most exciting aspect of this plan is that it includes endurance workouts which you can choose the preferred mode of exercise. This means it can be adapted to almost any sport or activity.

The plan progresses quite quickly so it has been designed for you to repeat any weeks you feel need more practice or time.
