Mit diesem Plan klappt der Wiedereinstieg in das Triathlon Training. Mit lockeren Grundlageneinheiten, technischen Drills und auf Triathleten zugeschnittenen Krafteinheiten sorgen wir für einen konstanten Aufbau (3 Wochen Push / 1 Woche Adaption). Am Ende des 12 Wochen Planes kann gern eine Leistungsdiagnostik durchgeführt werden, um den darauffolgenden Trainingsschwerpunkt festzulegen.
