Plan Description



A lean body composition is an important component of optimal endurance fitness. This six-week Level 1 Racing Weight Triathlon Plan is designed to help athletes improve body composition the way the pros do, with a synergistic combination of training and nutrition methods that include high-intensity interval workouts and diet quality tracking.


TARGET ATHLETE


This level is intended for athletes who are comfortably able to cycle and run for up to one hour and swim for 50 minutes. It is best to have done some recent strength training as well before you start.


INTENSITY TYPE : RUN POWER, BIKE HEART RATE


This plan presents the run workout intensity targets by Power, the bike by Heart Rate, and the swim by Pace. Other intensity type versions of this plan are also available.
