Designed by 80/20 Endurance Strength and Conditioning Coach A.J. Gregg, this General Mobility Level 2 Plan is intended to complement your endurance plan in a practical, flexible way. Eight weeks in length, the plan features six sessions per week, with each session taking about 20 minutes to complete.
