This 6 week cycling block is part 2 of a 2 part series. It is a 6 week block of 5 weeks build, 1 week recovery. Great to get the aerobic engine working again after the off season. Part 2 starts to touch the other energy systems with work at VO2, Threshold and Sweetspot with aim to grow your FTP!
