Plan Description

This 6 week cycling block is the first part of a 2 part series. It is a 6 week block of 5 weeks build, 1 week recovery. Great to get the aerobic engine working again after the off season. Lots of quality sweet spot work that is very productive but you can handle lots of volume of it.
