Triathlon Vorbereitungs-Quarantäne Plan.
Die Stunden in TrainingPeaks stimmen nicht (aufgrund von ERG Sets wird das Volumen erst nach dem Einbau berücksichtigt), Es werden 4 - 8 h pro Woche absolviert.
Schwimmen ist für die nächsten 4 Wochen raus. Damit Du trotzdem gut vorbereitet und fit in Deine Saison startest unser Quarantäne-Plan!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Beschreibung: In der Vorbereitung arbeiten wir an Grundfähigkeiten, die die Basis für Deine Wettkampfperformance schaffen. Das bedeute konkret für Dich eine Verbesserung an athletischen Faktoren, Schnelligkeit und aerober Ausdauer. So startest Du mit einem neuen Fundament in die spezifischere Vorbereitung und wir erhöhen Deine Performance langfristig. Anschließend absolvierst Du ein polarisiertes Training mit optimaler Verteilung aus hochintensivem (HIT) zu lockerem Training (LiT).
