This four week triathlon specific base builder is designed to boost your base cycling and run fitness for any triathlon event. After completion you will be in a great position to move into a speciality phase of training with increased loads for your upcoming race season. Sessions are flexible with pre built bike sessions that can be completed indoor or outdoors with extended endurance options.
