Plan Description
As a result of COVID-19 shutting down pools around the world, swimmers and triathletes need to shift their focus in order to maintain swim fitness. This 8-week swim cord program is designed in a way that will not only activate your major swimming muscles, but also strengthen those muscles. There isn’t much we can do on dry land to keep our “feel” for the water intact, but we can shift our focus to keeping our swimming muscles strong and active. Using the cords to practice proper technique out of the water can also have a big impact on your stroke when you get back into the water.
