Have you found yourself quarantined and working from home with no access to the gym or weights? You're in luck! Strength training does not have to be complicated and with a little creativity you can still get a good workout in using your own bodyweight and some items lying aroud your house. This plan is about 90 minutes each week and can easily be done in addition to your swim, bike, or run training.
