Plan Description

Dieser Plan eignet sich sehr gut als erster intensiver Block im Herbst bzw. Winter nach einer Pause und zu Beginn der Saison. Vorbereitend sollten jedoch schon 6-8 Wochen Training stattgefunden haben, um den Körper auf diese Belastung vorzubereiten.
Ziel dieses 4 Wochen Plans ist es, den aeroben Stoffwechsel durch gezieltes VO2max Training zu verbessern. Neben dem primären Ziel zur Verbesserung des aeroben Stoffwechsel finden sich aber auch Elemente bzw. Einheiten für den anaeroben Stoffwechsel (VLamax) als Gegenpart wieder.
