Plan Description
Die Verlängerung des Klassikers - der 12 Wochen Triathlon Blocktrainingsplan. Der Plan umfasst drei Blöcke die jeweils mit einer sehr intensiven Woche beginnen, die fünf HIT-Sessions beinhaltet (1x Swim / 3x Bike / 1x Run). Zusätzlich werden Inhalte wie das Fettstoffwechsel-Priming und die Optimierung des LIT aufgegriffen. Jeder Meter hat somit eine Aufgabe und passt perfekt strukturiert in 12 Wochen Training. Achte hierbei stets auf eine optimierte Erholung aus Ernährung und aktiven Erholungsmaßnahmen. Das optimierte Intervalltraining findet sich im Rad- und Lauftraining wieder - Dein Training ist also am Puls der Wissenschaft. In der letzten Woche eines jeden Blocks wird der Umfang leicht reduziert und ein kleiner Gegenpol zum HIT gesetzt, damit die Triathlon-Performance optimal aufgebaut wird.
