Is This Plan For You?
- Progress from 8 to 10 hrs of training per week
- Typical week: 2 swims, 2 rides, 2 runs, 2 strength and 1 day off
- The 4th week is active recovery
- Includes fitness tests, to help you measure your progress
- Train using HR, Feel, Power or Pace
To start you should be able to swim 2000m (with rests), ride 3 hrs and run 1:10 hr - not all on the same day.
