Plan Description

Um ein zwei-wöchiges Trainingslager in den 12-Wochenplan zu integrieren, solltest Du am besten das Traininsgslager nach einem 4-Wochenblock legen, also in Woche fünf oder neun. Danach eine Erholungswoche einplanen und mit dem eigentlichen Block (Start Woche fünf oder neun) weitermachen. So werden dann aus zwölf 15 Wochen!
