Are you looking to bump your swim fitness? Give this 7-week swim training plan a try. Expect to swim 5-6 days a week 16-25,000 yards a week.
You must be able to swim 4000 yards 3x a week to do this plan.
Julie Dunkle has been coaching for 8 years, completed 16 Ironman races, with 6x Kona Qualifier, 50+ 70.3 races. Combining my experience as an athlete and a coach allows me to write plans that allow people to balance life + triathlon.
