A four-week indoor maintenance block for intermediate triathletes who are temporarily training without swimming.
This power-based bike and run plan keeps training purposeful through a no-swim period. It suits athletes with an established base who want to maintain strength and aerobic fitness without losing structure when the usual routine is disrupted.
It is a short, useful block: enough quality to maintain momentum, enough recovery to return ready for the next phase.
