A clear, manageable introduction to sprint triathlon for athletes building towards their first race.
This eight-week plan is designed for beginners who can already swim, bike and run a little, and now want a sensible structure for joining the three together. Training progresses steadily across all three sports, with simple brick sessions, recovery and practical race-day preparation.
The goal is to help you arrive feeling calm and capable, not overloaded. You will build the confidence to swim, ride, run and manage the transitions without needing huge weekly hours.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and built around consistent training.
