Semana de competición 🏁
Esta semana está pensada para que llegues a tu triatlón con confianza, buenas sensaciones y sin cansancio acumulado 😊
Incluye tres sesiones específicas, una de natación, ciclismo y carrera, con el objetivo de mantener los ritmos de competición, repasar sensaciones y afinar los detalles clave de cada disciplina 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️
Entre sesiones se añaden trabajos de recuperación activa, ideales para soltar piernas, asimilar el entrenamiento y llegar fresco a los días importantes 🔄✨
El día previo a la competición encontrarás una activación corta y muy controlada, pensada para “despertar” el cuerpo, ganar seguridad y llegar con chispa a la salida ⚡😌
Además, la semana incluye una guía clara para el día de la carrera, con recomendaciones sobre cómo organizarte, cómo calentar y cómo gestionar el esfuerzo durante la prueba para disfrutar y rendir al máximo 🏆
Una semana sencilla, bien estructurada y pensada para que solo te preocupes de disfrutar de tu competición 🙌
