Plan Description
This training plan written by British Triathlon High Performing Coach Simon Olney will help you prepare for your first super sprint triathlon in only four weeks. If you can run for one minute, swim a length of a pool and ride a bike, I can help you get race ready.
As we only have four weeks we won't be setting the world on fire, but the super sprint is all about turning up and getting stuck in, learning about the sport.
