Plan Description

This plan is for you, if you've always wanted to do a triathlon but never actually did one. You will see every facet of TRI training on a time-budget! This plan will make you fit and ready for your first sprint triathlon.

What will you need?
-A swim cap and goggles (and access to a pool, of course)
-A bike (optimal: equipped with a power meter, but no need!)
-A pair of running shoes and a sports watch
-Willingness to follow a plan for 12 weeks
-A base level of fitness in all three disciplines (and those are 'swim-bike-run', not 'transitions-fueling-expo strolling')
