🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Mesociclo 0 - Pretemporada Triatlón Sprint

Duración: 3 semanas
Objetivo: Recuperar la dinámica de entrenamiento tras el parón vacacional y preparar al cuerpo para volver a la carga.

Este mesociclo está diseñado para volver a coger ritmo sin forzar, combinando las tres disciplinas del triatlón con una sesión semanal de fuerza.
Todo el trabajo se basa en la percepción del esfuerzo (RPE), ideal para readaptarse sin depender del pulsómetro.

📋 Estructura semanal:

🏊 Natación: 2 sesiones técnicas y progresivas

🚴 Ciclismo: 2 sesiones suaves para recuperar la cadencia

🏃 Carrera: 2 sesiones de base aeróbica

💪 Fuerza: 1 sesión global de readaptación

Forma parte de la planificación integral de 6 meses para Triatlón Sprint.
Este es el Mesociclo de Introducción, el punto de partida perfecto antes de iniciar los bloques de desarrollo y rendimiento.
