Wenn du dich strukturiert und mit professioneller Hilfe auf deinen ersten Triathlon vorbereiten möchtest, dann bist du hier genau richtig.

Dieser Plan ist konzipiert, um dich in den nächsten 10 Wochen spezifisch auf das Finishen einer Sprint-/ oder Volksdistanz im Triathlon vorzubereiten. Wenn du bereits eine halbe Stunde am Stück laufen und 40min am Stück Radfahren kannst, dann kann es schon losgehen.

Dieser Plan enthält pro Woche je 2 Schwimm-, Rad- und Lauftrainings sowie wertvolle Tipps & Tricks aus unserer jahrelangen Erfahrung mit Triathlon-Einsteiger:innen.
