Every great adventure begins with a single step—or in this case, a single lap. The Tri-Curious Quest is a comprehensive, entry-level training plan specifically designed for the aspiring athlete who is ready to bridge the gap between "thinking about it" and "crossing the finish line."

Built on the philosophy of the Hero’s Journey, this program recognizes that the most daunting part of a triathlon isn't the race itself, but the courage to begin training. We strip away the intimidation of multi-sport by focusing on sustainable, gradual progress across all four pillars of performance: Swimming, Cycling, Running, and Strength.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable transition into endurance sport, our run training utilizes a strategic Walk:Run interval method. This approach builds your aerobic engine and strengthens your connective tissue without the burnout or injury risk often associated with "too much, too soon."

What to Expect:

The Big Three: Accessible workouts for the pool, the bike, and the road that focus on confidence and technique over raw speed.

The Fourth Discipline: Simple, home-based strength sessions to bulletproof your body and improve functional mobility.

Walk:Run Integration: A periodized running plan that uses intervals to help you comfortably cover the 2.5km or 5km distance.

The Transition Blueprint: Guidance on the "how-to" of T1 and T2, making sure you feel like a pro in the changeover tent.

This isn't just a fitness plan; it’s your training montage. By the end of this program, you won’t just have completed a race—you’ll have transformed your identity from "curious" to "triathlete."
